The Profile Page allows you to view and update your personal information, manage account settings, and customize your platform experience. This page is accessible to all users and contains essential account information and settings.
Personal Information Management
The Profile Page is your central hub for managing personal information, account settings, and platform preferences. Keeping this information current ensures you receive important notifications and that your records are accurate.

- Who uses it: All users (Admins, Teachers, Students, Parents, Coordinators, Secretaries) who need to manage their personal information and account settings.
- When to use it: When updating contact information, changing passwords, managing preferences, or reviewing account status.
How to Use
Accessing Your Profile
- Navigate to Profile: Click on your profile picture or name in the top-right corner of any page.
- Profile Overview: View your current profile information and account status.
- Account Status: Check if your account is active or inactive.
Viewing Your Profile Information
Personal Details:
- Name: Your full name as it appears in the system
- Email Address: Your primary email for login and notifications
- Role: Your assigned role (Admin, Teacher, Student, Parent, etc.)
- Phone Number: Contact phone number
- Address: Your residential or mailing address
- Gender: Gender information
- Date of Birth: Your birth date
- Join Date: When your account was created
NOTE: Personal details vary by the role of the User in the system.
Account Information:
- Account Status: Active or inactive status
- Last Login: When you last accessed the platform
- Account Type: Your organization type and permissions
Role-Specific Information:
- For Students: Personal information, parent information, academic progress
- For Parents: Linked children, contact preferences, payment information
- For Teachers: Assigned classes, subjects, salary information
- For Admins: System access level, administrative permissions
Editing Your Profile
Basic Information Updates:
- Click the "Edit Profile" button on your profile page.
- Update Fields: Modify any editable information:
- Contact details (phone, address)
- Personal information (name, gender, date of birth)
- Communication preferences
- Save Changes: Click "Save" to update your information.
- Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation that your changes have been saved.
Password Management:
- Navigate to "Change Password" section.
- Current Password: Enter your current password for verification.
- New Password: Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters).
- Confirm Password: Re-enter your new password to confirm.
- Save Password: Click "Update Password" to save changes.
